ExChange was started to give independent festivals the opportunity to cross promote their festivals in the months after their event has ended, and to extend the festival lives of the best films that are showcased at each festival. Three films are selected by a panel from each of the ExChange Network Festivals and are programmed at RxSM in Austin, TX. One film from each category (Feature, Doc & Short) will be selected to continue on to screen at the Victoria TX Independent Film Festival and compete for the prestigious Crossroads Award.
